Shipping information
Enjoy free standard shipping within the contiguous United States for all orders $99+.
For all other orders within the contiguous United States, pay one flat rate of $9.99 for standard shipping.
Exclusions to free shipping policy:
- Bulk team uniforms
- Team and Spirit Store orders
- Items that are large or require special handling / packaging

*We use UPS and USPS. We will choose the appropriate shipping method to meet the delivery date range selected. Orders less than 1 lb. and orders shipping to a rural address or P.O. Box will be delivered by the USPS.
Order processing
Baseball Express makes every attempt to process orders for in-stock merchandise the same day they are received.
Our standard cut-off time for daily order processing is:
- Standard Ground Orders: 1 p.m. CST Monday – Friday, or
- Expedited Orders: 2 p.m. CST Monday – Friday.
Orders for in-stock merchandise received during the weekend (after the Friday cut-off time) will ship on the following Monday.
Order processing times vary for merchandise that is shipped directly from our vendors (Merchandise labeled as: Dropship Item – ships from manufacturer). Ground shipping is not available for U.S. Territories.
Orders may be delayed if we experience any issues processing your credit card information. Please make certain that you provide your correct Account Name, Billing Address, Card Type, Account Number, and Security Code.
Second-day and next-day service
Second Day and Next Day shipping service is available for orders placed before 2 p.m. CST Monday – Friday for in-stock items only. In-stock items that are shipped via Second Day service arrive in (2) business days after leaving our distribution center. In-stock items that are shipped via Next Day service arrive (1) business day after leaving our distribution center. Deliveries for standard Second Day or Next Day service are made Mondays through Fridays only.
Order processing times vary for merchandise that is shipped directly from our vendors (Merchandise labeled as: Dropship item – ships from manufacturer). Guaranteed 2-Day or Next Shipping shipping is not available for U.S. Territories.

To get accurate estimates, please refer to UPS Transit Times. Use the “origin” postal code of 63026 for Baseball Express and “destination” postal code of where your package is being shipped.
Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico
Standard shipping service is via USPS Priority Mail depending upon shipment weight and destination. Expedited shipping is also available via UPS 2-Day Service. Check the UPS Rates & Transit Times calculator for actual expedited service options and transit times.
Virgin Islands & other US territories
Standard shipping to the Virgin Islands and other US Territories is via US Postal Service.
APO & FPO service
APO & FPO orders are charged the standard shipping rate and shipped via US Postal Service.
